the staff was helpful with my questions, and they spoke english well. they seemed trained to assist foreign visitors very well. house cleaning was daily, and i got fresh towels and water every day. if i didn't want them to come in, that was ok.
the wallpapers had obvious stains. also the doors had very obvious stains, like hand prints on the wall. it gave me a claustrophobic feeling.

the hotel is close to kuramae station. asakusa and kappabashi street are very close. every brand of konbini is nearby. there is a river nearby where you can walk.

i had breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor! the hotel provided this breakfast. there is a good restaurant selection in the area. there are some good coffee shops around.

the front desk staff is helpful and kind. the staff speaks english. the staff was very accommodating and are english speaking! the staff was excellent from the first greeting.

i appreciate the hotel's proximity to the subway station. There are washing machines available at the reception. i found complimentary coffee and hot chocolate, A nice benefit.
the sound insulation was not good so I could hear noise from the hallway.

The bathroom was quite small. I think it needed more space. also, the staff wasn't as friendly as at other hotels! maybe they were having a bad day. the breakfast choices seemed Limited. I was hoping for more Variety.
